TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Delivery Policy:

We offer FREE shipping to all our customers within the United Arab Emirates. The customer will receive a call from one of our representatives two days before the date of delivery in order to set a convenient time for delivery, please ensure that some one is at the given address of delivery, otherwise extra charges may be incurred.

Assessment Policy:

The customer shall inspect the items upon delivery and inform IBDAA immediately if the items are damaged. Unless the customer notifies IBDAA during the delivery period of any problems, then IBDAA will not be held responsible for any damaged items. Upon the notification of IBDAA of any issues, IBDAA will fix or replace the items at no cost to the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a work order is placed, IBDAA will not accept any refund request.

Return Policy:

Return shall only be accepted in case of damaged items on delivery.

 Warranty Policy:

The warranty would include any manufacturing defects that may arise upon the use of the item. IBDAA will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise from mishandling or misuse of the item. Each item’s warranty shall be disclosed at time of enquiry.
